Return and Refund Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
The item was delivered with manufacturing defects, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product.
If applicable, the item must not have been washed, worn, altered, or used in any way.
Non-eligible returns include:
Items that have been used or show signs of wear and tear, unless the item is defective.
Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).
Customized or personalized items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us First:
Email us at kaftanmumu@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (in case of defects or damage)
Wait for Instructions:
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any required shipping labels (if applicable).
Prepare the Package:
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Ship the Product:
You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
3. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged product, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. Claims for lost return shipments must be made directly with the carrier.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a full or partial refund (depending on the condition of the returned item) will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
The item is not in its original condition or packaging.
Missing accessories or components not due to our error.
Signs of wear or use not related to a defect.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately at kaftanmumu@gmail.com with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item after delivery, subject to the return policy above.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
Please follow the return process above to return the original item.
Then place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all related shipping costs.
